Patricia Doogan joined the firm as an Associate in the Property Department in July 2007 and became a Partner in May 2008.
Patricia has worked in private practice in Glasgow since qualifying as a solicitor in 1984. She obtained a law degree in 1981 from Strathclyde University and has worked in a number of established Glasgow firms including McClure Naismith, HBM Sayers and A & S Ireland.
Patricia has a wealth of experience in all private client matters and can provide advice and guidance on all types of property transactions, both residential and commercial, in property marketing and finance along with Wills, Inheritance and Executry matters. She also has experience in acting for lenders in repossession cases and Liquidators and Trustees in insolvency related conveyancing matters.
Patricia has a range of contacts in major builders, Banks, lenders and estate agents and this coupled with her own experience and knowledge means she is well able to guide any client, whether a first time buyer or major landowner, through the sometimes bewildering maze of buying or selling property, dealing with marketing and arranging finance. Equally comfortable and experienced in dealing with properties both large and small throughout Scotland, Patricia will guide you through the stressful journey to that home of your dreams.
Patricia enjoys travel, cinema, books, good food and wine, walking the coastal paths of Fife and the hills of rural Spain and is a keen tennis fan.
